When will my order arrive?

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery options, timeframes, and costs.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Cost: £5.95 (or Free on orders over £60)

  • Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Express Delivery (Optional)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

  • Cost: £8.95

  • Orders placed before [cut-off time] are dispatched the same day.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

  • During busy periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Where We Deliver

  • We currently deliver to only to the UK.

  • If your location isn’t listed, feel free to get in touch — we’re happy to help if we can.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your delivery option, you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Issues

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays).

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
