RETURNS
We offer a 30-day returns policy for your peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. All returned items must be in a resalable condition. Items must be unworn and returned with all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email to request a prepaid return label. Once we have received your enquiry, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Returns are complimentary, subject to fair and reasonable use.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by our returns policy.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and acceptance of your return. Please note that bank processing times may vary. Should there be any issues with your refund, our team will contact you promptly by email.
